Fundamentals of the Faith—If you are new in the faith or you would like to have a better understanding of foundational principles, this class will help. The group will explore lessons that blend basic biblical truths with personal obedience and service. Our prayer is that it will help you build a spiritual foundation of solid rock that cannot be moved. There are 13 lessons (with 26 or so weeks). Family Day & Baptism—You are invited to Lane & Cindy Towers’ home on Sunday, September 28, following the service for great fellowship, food & a lot of fun! Tower’s will supply the meat and beverages. Bring a dish to share. There will also be a baptism. Baptism is a way of showing others that you have entered into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Abide Events—The new fall Ladies Bible Study begins Monday, September 29. The study will meet every other Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This will be an in-depth study of the first seven chapters of Hebrews. Sign up by September 7 so that the study can be available to you by the 14th. There will be an independent study to be completed at home prior to the first group session.
